Sally Foster - 100% of all profits will be used for WSL charity work. Sally Foster offers a great selection of gift wrap and accessories to meet any of your gift giving needs. If you would like to help and get a great deal, go to

Location: Waycross Middle School

Entry Fee: 5K-$15.00 Early Registration-$20.00, After September 30
1 Mile-$10.00 Early Registration-$15.00, After September 30
T-Shirts: All pre-registered 5K and 1 Mile participants will receive a shirt
Awards: Beach towels for Overall Male & Female Winners, Overall Male & Female Masters, Sweat towels to top three finishers in each age group.

9th Annual Whale of a Sale
The biggest yard sale in the area, this fundraiser will be held 3/6/10 at the Ware County Fairgrounds. Admission is $2 and the sale is from 7-1. If you would like to donate your gently used items for this worthy fundraiser, please contact Kecia Banks at kecia@wayxcable.com

The fundraisers below will not be held for the 2009-2010 year. They are additional fundraisers that will be held every other year.
Charity Ball
The Charity Ball benefits one local charity that is chosen by the league members. The first Charity Ball benefited Hospice and the second Charity Ball benefited Satilla Advocacy. The Ball includes dinner, dancing, and a silent auction. More details will be available as the time gets closer.
Chips for Charity
Festivities start at 7 pm at the Railroad depot in downtown Waycross. Tickets are $50 per person and will include two drink tickets, door prizes, food, entertainment, and $5000 of play chips. Since this is a fundraiser any gambling is done in fun not for profit.
Service League of Waycross, GA is a charitable organization whose purpose is to meet the needs of people of our community by providing volunteer hours and financial support.
